Jacquie is currently serving as Kendall County Coroner. She joined the office as a part-time deputy Coroner in 2003 and became the first full-time deputy coroner in 2004. Jacquie has her degree in Mortuary Science from Worsham College. She is a nationally board certified funeral director and embalmer and worked at a local funeral home from 1994 – 1995. She was a deputy coroner with both Kane and LaSalle Counties before coming to Kendall County. Jacquie is certified as a death investigator with the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators, a Fellow member of the International Coroner’s and Medical Examiner’s Association, an Associate Member of the National Association of Medical Examiners, a member of the Society of Medicolegal Death Investigators and a member of the Illinois Coroner’s and Medical Examiner’s Association. When Jacquie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their four children.
