The state of Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity will begin taking applications for their Business Interruption Grants Program (BIG) on Friday June 26, 2020.

Downstate Small Business Stabilization Applications:


The Downstate Small Business Stabilization Program provides up to $25,000 in working capital for small businesses that have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Businesses must have 50 or fewer employees and have been in operation with current ownership since at least January 1, 2017.
