The Civil Process Division is responsible for processing court papers for the Sheriff’s Deputies to serve on individuals residing in Kendall County only.

These documents are generated from other counties and municipalities in the State of Illinois as well our own Court and State’s Attorney. Civil Papers from out of State are also sent to us for serving persons or businesses/corporations in Kendall County.

Evictions, Sherrif SalesOutside Bidders and Sheriff Sales Attorneys are also conducted by the Sheriff’s Deputies.
