As the Chief Deputy I over see the day to day operations of the four divisions that make up the Sheriff’s Office. The four divisions are; The Operations Division (Patrol, Motors & Traffic.) The Support Services Division (Investigations, Court Security, Training.) The Corrections Division (Jail & Inmate Transport.) The Administration Division (Records, Civil Process/Warrants & Human Resources) 144 men and women serve the citizens of Kendall County at the Sheriff’s Office; 53 sworn Law Enforcement, 51 Sworn Correctional, 3 Jail Medical Staff, 9 full time civilian staff, 4 part time civilian staff, 2 part time Deputies, and 22 Auxiliary Deputies.

As Chief Deputy, I report directly and solely to the Sheriff of Kendall County. I am responsible for the overall Sheriff’s Office budgeting, training, policy and procedure development, equipment procurement and maintenance, scheduling, recruitment, labor relations and discipline.
