Mission Statement:To provide a continuum of services designed to hold defendants accountable to the orders of the Court and to ensure a level of protection to the community. To respond to the needs of victims, while developing the competency level of the defendant toward the values of the community.
Kendall County Court Services, also referred to as the “Probation Department”, is located within the Kendall County Courthouse and serves a rapidly growing population by offering an array of programming. The department is charged with the responsibility of providing safe, effective probation services for juvenile and adult offenders some of which includes; Drug Testing, Curfew Check, Public Service Work, domestic Violence Counseling, Youth Education Class, Felony DNA Testing, Victim Impact Panels, Global Positioning, Juvenile Secure Detention, Juvenile Diversion, Social History Reports, Pre-sentive Investigations.
