I would like one of Kendall County's judges to perform my wedding ceremony. What do I do? Weddings are performed at 10:30 a.m. Monday thru Friday The cost to get married at the courthouse is $10 You must have your marriage license from the County Clerk 24 hours prior to getting married. Please call Court Administration to schedule your wedding at (630) 553-4208, as only 2 weddings are performed each day.

How do citizens get on the County Board Agenda? Citizens should contact the County Clerk/Recorder office (630-553-4104) by noon on the Thursday prior to the Tuesday of the Board Meeting.
