Circuit Clerk
|
The Circuit Clerk processes and keeps all court records. Collects all court costs, filling fee, fines and any other cost assessed by the court. Assists circuit and associate judges in the daily functions to the court. |
Coroner
|
The Coroner conducts investigations to determine the cause and manner of death, pursuant to the Illinois state Statutes. |

The County Administration provides a number of services for the County Board and oversees the activities and staff for the departments of Technology, Facilities Management, Planning, Building and Zoning and Animal Control. |
| Court Administration |
Responsible for scheduling and administrative support for the judges of Kendall county, as well as various administrative duties for the courthouse as a whole. |

The County Board is the elected body that sets county policy, ordinances and budget appropriations for programs. |
| County Clerk |
Computes tax rates based on levies and assessed valuations. Processes marriage license and other vital records. |

The County Recorder records all land transaction documents including liens, mortgages and deeds. |

KenCom is the Public Safety Answering Point for 9-1-1 Emergencies and provides Dispatch of Fire, Police and Emergency Medical Services for the residents of Kendall County. |
