Jacquie graduated in 1995 from Worsham College where she studied mortuary science. She is certified in Forensic Death Investigations and Medicolegal Death Investigations through the Illinois Coroner's and Medical Examiner's Association of which she has been a member since 1999. She is also certified in Medicolegal Death Investigations and received Master's 14 Level Death Investigation Certification through the St. Louis University School of Medicine – Division of Forensic Sciences. She is a registered diplomate of the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators. She has been a Deputy Coroner for Kane and LaSalle Counties before coming to Kendall County in 2003.

As administrative deputy, Jacquie is in the office Monday through Friday. Her duties range from managing the everyday office demands to performing death investigations and covering autopsies that are performed during the week.

She lives with her husband, John and her sons, Alex and Benedict, and daughter Molly in Yorkville.
