Volunteer of the Month--January 2012 |
| Kendall County Animal Control is pleased to announce that Nancy Garbe is the first recipient of the Volunteer of the Month award.
Nancy has shown remarkable commitment and dedication to the organization by supporting Kendall County Animal Control (KCAC) for 21/2. years running. She has benefited our facility by bringing us her years of shelter knowledge and experience, in addition to performing hands on care to the homeless animals at our facility. Not only do Nancy's efforts include making this place look its best, but she also makes it a priority to help socialize, and nurture the animals at the facility. In addition, she has shared many useful tips, and suggestions to staff, and has helped market the animals for adoption and help them find their forever homes. Most importantly, Nancy has been a reliable friend to the animals and staff by helping KCAC through some difficult times of being under-staffed. She is a true inspiration, by always keeping a positive, proactive attitude, and being there when we needed her the most.
Congratulations Nancy and thank you!
